The Project
The objective of the project was to create an automated email journey targeting individuals who have just registered to the Souvenaid Connections program. Souvenaid Connections is the community group for Souvenaid. Souvenaid is designed to improve memory loss through synapse growth, allowing people to feel more connected to loved ones.

One of the benefits to signing up to be a Souveniad Connections member is to receive exclusive email content, however this does not currently exist. Hence, the task is to create an automated Email matrix, that caters specifically to individuals dealing with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). 

My Role
With this project my role was to design 4 email templates - Welcome / Check-In / Monthly /Purchase. Using Souvenaid colouring/branding and adhering to brand guidelines. Included in these templates, i had to design a patient and carer version alongside building a design system for the eDMs that featured a library of components that could be used to deliver the collection of eDMs to the client.
